Shipping Policy – Rubiq Roastery

1. Order Processing Time

We roast all of our coffee fresh to order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping throughout Romania and selected European countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Romania: 1–3 business days
  • EU countries: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas may take longer

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and external conditions.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping in Romania for orders over [insert threshold, e.g. 200 RON / €40].

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier information. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@rubiq.coffee.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable courier partners such as Fan Courier, DPD, GLS, and Cargus. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship within the European Union. If you wish to place an international order outside the EU, please contact us directly at hello@rubiq.coffee.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Rubiq Roastery is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, damaged, or appears lost in transit, contact us at hello@rubiq.coffee. We’ll investigate the issue and offer a solution where applicable.
