THE COFFEE

Grown by smallholder farmers in Colombia's renowned Huila region, this coffee brings together Colombia, Castillo and Caturra varieties selected for their sweetness and balance.

It is decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane process, a method designed to preserve the coffee's natural character while gently removing the caffeine.

In the cup, expect juicy apple and ripe peach, rounded out by a rich, smooth cacao finish. A decaf that still tastes like great specialty coffee.
