THE COFFEE

Hacienda Sonora is located in Costa Rica’s Central Valley, in the Poás Volcano area. This lot features the Obata variety, grown at 1,400 MASL and processed using the Natural method.

The cup is smooth and sweet, built around chocolate and caramel, with notes of berries and almond adding depth. A touch of citrus brings freshness and balance, making it an expressive but approachable coffee with a rounded, comforting character.
