THE COFFEE

This Red Bourbon comes from Farms of Ambera in Pitalito, Huila, one of southern Colombia’s active specialty coffee regions.

The coffee is co-fermented with peach, giving the confirmed cup profile a distinctly fruit-driven character while retaining the structured profile associated with the lot.

Expect pronounced notes of peach, dark grape and dark plum, creating a ripe, expressive and adventurous cup.
