Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region is one of the world's most celebrated coffee-growing areas, known for producing highly aromatic and expressive coffees at exceptional elevations.
Grown around Idedo in the Gedeo zone, this natural-processed coffee develops a rich and fruit-forward character while retaining the elegance associated with Ethiopian coffees.
Expect deep notes of fig and date, followed by juicy white plum and a soft vanilla sweetness in the finish. A distinctive yet approachable introduction to the more adventurous side of specialty coffee.
